A year after installing this Solarhart Solar System for this customer, they got in touch with the feedback below to let us know they had not paid for hot water since the system had been installed.
It's just over a year since you installed our water heater and we want you to know that in that time the hot water meter on our electricity switch board hasn't moved. It's been self-sustaining from day one. We hope we've sent a customer or two your way, keep up the good work.
This Solarhart Solar system is an investment that will truely pay for itself as our customer continues to have their water heated by the sun in the coming years.

We asked Peter Jackson Plumbing to quote on moving our gas bottles from the back of our house to the front driveway so the gas men didn't injure themselves anymore lugging 45kg bottles up various steps and wading through pebbles. The gas fitter and apprentice did a great job as they had to dig a long trench through roots, plants and pebbles and then feed the pipe under the house. Now our gas central heating works perfectly (as they also fitted a new regulator) and even the gas company delivery man said thanks on the slip they put in our letterbox. So everyone's happy. We get Peter Jackson Plumbing for all our plumbing needs as they are an excellent company with great staff who are very organised and friendly.

Your plumber was very courteous and professional and did a great job of explaining what he was doing.
We have two soak pits on the outlet side of our septic tank which is set up so that only one is in use. It was not part of the problem this morning but he took the time to explain and show me how to switch the septic tank outflow from one soak pit to the other.

We asked Peter Jackson Plumbing to quote for a re-fit of our kitchen. They had re-done our shower and we were very happy with that so they were the only company we called in to quote. We didn't replace the cupboards, just the bench tops, breakfast bar, moved the sinks and got new fittings.
Peter got his team around to meet us and we discussed what we'd like. Peter put together a detailed timeline of what would happen and when.
The builder, called us on the first night he had been at our property and asked if we were happy. Amazing!
The whole fit-out went to plan and finished on time and budget. And it's gorgeous (well we think so). We replaced an average and old bench top with granite, bought new sinks and tap ware and put them over the other side where there was a view, got the most amazing breakfast bar from Orchard Joinery (oiled, not polyurethane), the racy red Splash back in Monza from Glass Fit, the Electrician put in new sockets and the boys at Affordable Granite did wonders with the granite benches (New Galaxy - so a bit of sparkle).
Peter was on-site throughout the project to make sure it was running smoothly. Well done team Jackson - from your amazing office workers who call and update you throughout the project through to all the contractors you hire and trust to do a great job for you (and your clients).

From the first phone call to the tightening of the final pipe, Jackson Plumbing showed exceptional service. My timeframe constrictions weren’t a problem for the team and they worked relentlessly to finish the job so as not to hold up any other sub-contractors. We got Peter Jackson Plumbing to update our bathroom for us. We knew what we wanted and Peter came around and prepared a quote. When we accepted the quote we got a printed timeline complete with the workman’s name, company and date they were arriving.
